New equipment to support children

Continued training for our teachers is essential, therefore IT teacher, Mr Moth Meth,  was provided with an opportunity to be trained in the maintenance and repair of IT equipment at centres in Cambodia in November 2024. Equipment maintenance is a crucial part of our work and many centres like the ones in Banteay Chmar, Preah Vihear, Samrong, Sisophon and Phnom Penh need our help to renew their existing IT equipment (computers, UPS, batteries, mice, etc.).

The Proposed Solution

The project aims to upgrade the IT equipment at Children of the Mekong centres in Cambodia by replacing obsolete or out-of-service computers with more powerful hardware that is better suited to the needs of students and teaching staff. This upgrade will improve digital learning, facilitate administrative management and guarantee access to IT tools that are essential for education and training.
